DANCE AS MY VITAL LANGUAGE.
My work is born in the body, but it does not end there.
It is a deep form of accompaniment where movement, energy, and presence intertwine to open real spaces for transformation. Throughout my journey, I have explored multiple movement languages —Belly Dance, Lyric Jazz, Contemporary Dance, Polynesian dances such as Hawaiian and Tahitian, Aerial Dance, and Pole Dance— performing in different theaters across Mexico City and Saltillo, Coahuila. These experiences shaped not only my technical foundation, but also expanded the way I perceive, feel, and relate to the world, becoming my vital language: a tool of awareness, communication and balance.
This constant exploration of the body led me to an essential understanding:
"The body is not broken; it’s waiting to be felt".
From this understanding, my approach emerges. A space where sensuality is not an external form, but an internal state. Where strength and sensitivity coexist. Where technique supports the body without limiting its expression.
